To answer your question, not a clue. Wine Spectator's database has nothing on it.

And I am sorry, before editing this reply I was less than accurate in my description of Nebbiolo.... I could not place the producer of the wine to any particular DOC or DOCG. But for informations' sake........ see below.

Has the wine been properly stored? If so, I would suggest that you prepare a nice meal.

Buy a back-up bottle because the 1974 just probably might be vinegar. Open the 1974, and either drink it or throw it away and then drink the back-up.

Nebbiolo from the Barolo region of the Piedmont is normally intended to be aged, many up to twenty years although there has been a tendency to produce wines intended to be drunk much younger. Nebbiolo from the Barbaresco DOCG may need up to ten years in the bottle, but most are ready after four or five. Wines from the Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC are generally less powerful than its well-known neighbors. Nebbiolo d'Alba is usually ready to drink within three to four years.

Also, my limited resources indicate that 1974 was not a stellar year for wines from Italy.

Additionally, single bottles do not usually sell well, especially if it is only 750 ml. Old, fine wines are usually auctioned off in case lots. Plus, the bigger the bottle the better.
