Thanx for the valuable tip. I've opened the bottle,and have nursed it for 3 days now. Even tried it with ceasar salad on monday and with pasta this evening. The wine took some time to open up. On monday it was still "dormant", but after letting it breath a while, it seemed to taste richer. I liked it so much, I went back to the merchant and bought up his remaining stock. Thanx again. Gary.
