absolutley...cherry is a primary presence in pinot, but until you've tasted their (
Adrian Fog) pinots you haven't tasted cherry...like I said they're different.
Since they source all their fruit, I'm assuming they don't have complete control in the vineyard....I was looking for a plausible vinification technique that would intensify these flavors....since all the vineyard designates share the cherry dominance in varying degrees
