Hi Winod, and welcome to the Wine Board. Have not had any of those, but cherry is the most characteristic flavor in Pinot as black current or casis is in Cabernet. If the flavor intensity has been increased by one or another technique such as hang time, it would most likely increase the presence of cherries.
