have any of you fellow wine geeks every had any Adrian Fog Pinot? Savoy or Two Sisters vineyard? They source fruit from RRV, Sonoma Coast and Anderson valley but they have an unbelievably strong undercurrent of fresh cherry fruit!! Pretty lively acidity too...really different. Was wondering if anyone knew specifically if a certain technique in vinification causes unusual cherry flavor.
