Hello!
Iam organising a dinner dinner for my friends.It is a polish dinner.
My first d hote is bettroot soup,then mashy potatoes cakes,then herring in sour cream then the main course is breaded chops ,potatoes and pickled gourgings, then i am going to serve apple cake. I would like to serve first Sauvignon Blanc with mushy potatoes cakes,Chardonnay with herring , with breaded chops i want to serve a red wine mayby Masi Valopicella . I would like to follow the rule light wine then medium amd full -bodied.Is those wines are good recommendations for that foods?This is a traditional polish menu
