Had the '91 Pagor last night and my reaction after smelling it was Wow! Is this wine? It has a honeyed nose which was almost a dead ringer for Scotch, only with less alcohol. On the palate it had characteristic pinot flavors but with some interesting notes that I'm not sure I can identify. Honey/vanilla was one, maybe.

Really good, great with food, and certainly an interesting twist on Pinot.
