Some of the freshest, best shrimp I ever ate were purchased from a seafood stand at a town on the NC side of the SC/NC border (not too far from Myrtle Beach). We ate them simply prepared the first night at a church retreat, and then I put some of the leftovers in an omelette the next morning along with sliced black olives, shredded cheese, onion, and diced bell pepper. UMMM! We also made our own individual "pizzas" on French bread one night.
