Wish to the blazes I could can them suckers. Did manage to bring back 10 lbs of shrimp yesterday. My vendor, whos brother owns the shrimp boat, had 2 1/2 lbs of his "Collosal"
size ( 3-4 shimp per POUND ). I grudging paid his bandido-inspired price of 10.99 per lb (hehehe). His giant 8-12 per lb are 9.99 and his regular 15-20 per lb are 7.99. They went in the freezer last nite 1st thin. They are as good a shrimp as is found on the face of. I've tried to replicate the omelette but it looses something in the translation. (Think it mite be sitting on Lils' veranda and watching the pelicans and sea-gulls make their morning dives.) WW
