That's a toughy, because strawberries have such high acidity.

Can't promise it will work, but try Ballatore Spumante...it sounds Italian, but it's actually made in California...isn't too expensive $6-$7 maybe...and has bubbles.

It's actually a dessert champagne made from Muscat grapes and it wins medals at wine competitions every year.

If it doesn't work with the strawberries...finish the strawberries...then drink the wine!
