I have to agree with Mother's taste in Wines.

I really like St. Emillion. Also am a great fan of Nuits St. George. I know, apples and oranges, but still both good wines.

Nice meal also!

My blue cheese dressing consists of a small amount of a mild vinegar and oil emulsion mixed with huge crumbs of blue cheese produced by breaking up the cheese with a fork. Love blue cheese!

Goes well on the top of a good hamburger also.

I am making myself hungry........
