Regardless of where you are, 1998 is an older vintage and would be unavailable at most wine shops. That said a look at www.winesearcher.com shows it available at Pops Wine - Island Park, NY; Village Corner - Ann Arbor, MI; Gary's Wine - Madison, NJ and Ellsworth's - Princeton, NJ.
