Hallo I'm steven wille a student from the Ter Groene Poorte In Bruges. I'm specializing in winemaking. For my Certificate of Secondary education I must do a work over one chardonnay grape. My work must be very intensive. I have to collect information about: the soilvariation, the location, plantation, manuring, vinification, harvest, pressing, natural sugars, the chaptalisation, fermentation time
with his time, the barrels, malolactiq fermentation, the storing.
