Lovely blend of 76% Cabernet, 7% Merlot, and 17% Cab Franc. From the 98 vintage this is a delightful wine from this mediocre vintage. Nice brite ruby color, spicy, fruity nose accented with violets and roses. All come over on the palate with the addition of sweet vanilla and cocoa. Lovely soft entry, mid-weight palate, and a semi-serios 3&1/2 lapper finish. Keen stuff. 88/90. 21 by the box. 12.5% alc. WW
