With Sweet Potato and Turnip Soup?

Okay, folks, I need a suggestion.

A wine to go with a creamed soup: roasted sweet potatoes and turnips cooked with garlic, cilantro and the Holy Trinity (onions, bell pepper, and celery). Seasoned with a touch of cumin. Not a sweet soup, and with only a very light touch of milk.

A dryish Riesling do you think?
