1997 Kenwood, Somoma County

Hi there, just a few notes from a couple that has been into wine for about three years now and we consider ourselves amature vino drinks.

1997 Kenwood, Sonoma Valley

-One of the first "serious" [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/smile.gif[/img] cabs that I drank. Had it with a terrific BBQ Tri-tip and mashed potatos. The flavors were very even and the wine was very mellow going down. Sorry, didn't really write down any specific flavor tones, except that it was very fruity and tannis where nearly non-existant. I'd give it a solid 87.
