I really like those single vineyard Chateau Ste. Michelle's, too...
Haven't had the 03, but I liked the Cold Creek better than the Canoe Ridge in the 02's...
I like the Cold Creek Merlot, too.
A lot of punch mixed with elegance from a grape I typically don't enjoy all that much.
