This is a strange bird. Recommended by an employee in a large "chain" wine store. Beverage and Food rated "90" points. Clear dark garnet. Wonderful nose of dark plum, licorice and hemp..yes marijuana, I swear!, for the first hour of decanting. The nose then changed to a sweet custard like aroma. Flavors of custardley? sweet mature plum and a hint of toasty oak, medium body, Alc/12.5% Vol. $10.99. Here's the strange part. The front label sez Napa Valley, the small rear label sez vinted and bottled at the Bentley Winery, Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, California. I don't know California at all so is this a Napa or Sonoma wine?
