Hi Anxious, and welcome to Wine Board. Your menu took me directly to the Rhone Valley. If you can find a 1999 Gigondas, go for it. That was one of their very best vintages. Failing that try a 1998 or '99 Cotes Du Rhone Villages. Get a bottle for every three guests unless you know they are heavy drinkers. In that case one for two. In all cases round up.
