Hello and thank you for your help. I wish to find the right wines for a tasting menu including foie gras and caviar. duck consomme. roasted red mullet. deer fowl with a poivrade sauce. warm brie with a port wine caramel.

Can you help me? I want to spend 45 to 65 dollars per person (canadian funds) on wine.
