Hi. I am actually looking for some assistance in matching some food to a wine. I was recently given a 1989 Mouton and a 1989 Lafite Bordeaux. I've always been happy drinking reds with fish and pasta (I don't eat meat), but thought I might try to match some cheeses to better appreciate these wines. Any ideas? Or any other food suggestions? I have a very limited knowledge of bordeaux, but love a full red, and am looking forward to trying these. Thanks in advance for any response!
