"What do you want for dinner tonight, Honey?"
"Meat!!!!"

Omaha Steaks filets with my own cracked peppercorn dry rub, seared on the grill and finished in the oven Med. rare for her...Rare for me. Baked spuds with sour cream and salad with my 25 year old balsamic vinegar with crumbled stilton.
This is an awesome wine!!! Opaque black/ruby with tinges of bright garnet. Very floral nose which filled the room. Decanted for 1 hour. Teeth staining sweet oak flavors mingle with complex tastes of dark plums, vanilla, bitter chocolate, orange peel? Slightly astringent but smooth, balanced and a 40 second finish. 75%Cabernet Sauvigon, 15% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot. 13.8% Alc/vol.
I LOVE THIS WINE....SO DOES THE WIFE....HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO ALL. $22? can't remember.
This has a nose and flavor profile similar to the '95 Gallo Frei Ranch only more balanced.
