Info on "Trakia 1983" Cabernet Sauvignon

Please help with info on this bottle of wine I have had for about 15 years now. It was given to me as a gift and I will be popping the cork on new years eve. It is a "Monsieur Henri selection called Trakia. Dated 1983. It is a Cabernet Sauvignon from Bulgaria. It is appellation of origin from the Suhindol region. It was produded and bottled in Vinimpex, Sofia. That is the bottle info....now, is it rare?(I can't find any related info on it)Is it aged too long for a nice dinner on New Years eve?
