Limo picnic

This Saturday a group of us are taking a limo up to the NJPAC in Newark for one of those Sound of Music Sing-A-Long events. There's no time to go out to eat beforehand, so I'm planning to bring appetizers to eat on the way. Probably cheese and crackers, dip, shrimp, maybe some sushi,I'm not quite sure yet. I'm looking for suggestions for wine. I'm thinking bubbly...any better ideas?
