I thought I would share with you the results of the tasting as e-mailed by Carolina Wine Company. Five of my top six made up the top five. My favorite of the tasting, the 2002 Silver Oak Alexander Valley C.S. did not make the cut. Bear in mind that the wines were rated on how they are drinking now and not potential after a decade in bottle.

2001 Del Bondio Bella Oaks Lane C.S. scored #1.
2002 Larkmead Estate C.S. was #2. (I had these two wines tied for third and fourth).
2001 Ferrari-Carano "Tresor" (Bordeaux blend) was third (my second choice).
2002 Dog Ridge DV3 C.S. from Australia was #4 (I had tied for fifth or sixth.)
2002 Hess Collection C.S. from Mt. Veeder grapes was #5 (I had tied with the Dog Ridge for 5 or 6) The store sold evey bottle on hand of the Hess Collection but have more coming.
