Desserts to go with a NZ Ice Wine

I'm a new member. I have a specific New Zeland dessert wine, "Selaks Marlborough Reilsing Ice Wine 1999," and am looking for what types of dessert would go with it (hopefully not too complex). I bought it as a b-day present to myself. I love the good german sweet wines ..mit Pradikat etc. so I thought this would be fun. should I serve it with fruit tarts, berries and whipped cream, or pears and cheese (if so what type). I really have no clue.

also I have a mild head cold, should I wait to drink this until the cold goes away, or will I not loose too much flavour with this type of wine? thanks! I'm on vacation and would love to drink it on Oct. 26. if you have time to offer some suggestions.
