hi will.. i also get dry mouth the next day and during the night when i drink the red stuff but that does not happen if you will drink water during your wine drinking, usually 1 glass of water for 1 glass of wine.. 3 glasses is not alot for 1 night and you should try to search for good cabernet sauvignon wines like WOODBRIDGE, KENDALL JACKSON, BRIDGEWATER MILL and WILD HORSE, which in my opinion are fantastic high qualtiy wines and will most likely will not leave you on a hangover the next day...let me know how everything works out...
