Am I to assume that stuffed lobster is always stuffed with the same food (and if so, what is that? I have never had stuffed lobster. I prefer the thing broiled and dripping with that great cholesterol blob of butter.)

Of course, Sauvignon Blanc is a good match with lobster. But if there are no stuffing rules, wouldn't we need to know what the stuffing is before recommending the wine.
