i have read the previous discussion here regarding organic wine and histamines. recognizing that all wines are organic, i'm wondering if anyone has developed any kind of list of vineyards/wineries that are now or are in transition to "organic"; and/or making strides toward limiting their use of insecticides, herbicides and/or fungicides; and/or practicing biodynamic/sustainable viticulture. my information seeking is not limited by country, area or varietal. here's hoping this request finds you well and in good spirits
