Don't know the actual numbers but I can tell you there is a trace of nutrients in wine; each 4 oz. glass averages 100 calories and a fair level of carbohydrates. Wine is not a diet drink, but studies show its beneficial action against cholesterol build-up is good for the heart, and it may even provide mild protection against some cancers.

This post, coupled with your other post show that you either are interested in the subject or you are taking an exam; which is it?
