I think it is a personal choice.
Alcohol is harmful to unborn children, but like anything, it is the OVERUSAGE of alcohol that is dangerous.
Too much choc candy is harmful also, but we don't hear the news screaming that to pregnant women (I always wondered if that was why my son is ADHD, OCD, ODD, BPII, Social Phobia as that was almost all I ate, I couldn't keep anything else down).

My daughter is due in three weeks (any time between 23rd of Jan and 3rd of Feb). She has refrained from drinking anything, her choice, and can't wait to have the baby to drink a glass of wine.

She has a friend who is pregnant, in her fifth month, and she has a glass of wine about two times a week, so as stated, it is a personal choice.

Drink a glass if you feel it is safe, if you don't, then don't drink at all. No one here is going to upbraid you either way.
