Red Wine & Low Iron

I am looking for a red wine that is sweet, like a dessert wine to help with low iron. I'm am just starting to learn a little bit about different wines, but I don't usally drink red wines because they seem heavier. Can you help mee find a red that is sweet or a little sweet and smooth, that has the benifits of helping with iron in your diet?
