Hi Godislove, and welcome to the Wine Board. Most red wine is dry meaning that it has negligible amounts of sugar. The one exception that is widely distributed is Lambrusco.

White wine is more difficult. Riesling and Chenin Blanc can be and are made both dry and sweet. In most cases the label will say "Dry" in the native language of the source when the sugar is negligible. Most other widely distributed whites are dry or close to it.

Don't know about the antioxidants.
