The Beverage Testing Institute, respected reviewer of wine, beer, and spirits for Tastings.com and various other print and electronic publications, is launching Tastings, an upscale buying guide to be published six times per year beginning in July. The Publisher will oversee all aspects of this journal, especially quality control and marketing. Candidate must have expertise in beverage, especially wine, and have excellent writing, editing, marketing, and public relations skills. Must be able to travel and work out of our Chicago office.
