Wine in China

I have recently graduated in Mandarin Chinese and am now doing some research into Wine Production in China, particularly the Penglai area in the North which is allegedly the best. I would like to find out which European/American/Australian Wine Producers might be interested in developing a vineyard in China (following in the footsteps of those French producers who got involved in Chile and Australia). Could anyone suggest any producers who might be worth contacting? Also the names of any global wine consultants (and contact details) would be much appreciated. Thanks.
