Hello People:
I am like first time ever buyer for any business (you can call me new bee) and thats why I seek some help. I saw so many quick replies on this site so trying my luck- I recently show a Cigarette and Beer discount store, owner claims of having 1.3 M yearly sales and asking for 350,000 for the business plus 4000 Rent and all- I find inventory in store preety adequate and all I have these questions.
1) What is typical margin in discount and liqour store in upstate newyourk?? to make it easier here i s info about town its a preety large town and 2 identical stores within area..
2) Does it sound like good buy??

Thanks in adv. you may reply to me at vsp1975@yahoo.com
