Starting a Wine Club in a Wine Bar...Suggestions??

Hi Everyone, Since opening the wine bar I have had requests for starting a wine club. The idea would be to meet at the wine bar once a month. Any ideas regarding what to offer (the obvious wine...) but rather how to set up membership, perks etc. Obviously this is to build business, so if you can think of this in terms of a business owner, profit etc., I will welcome all ideas. Thank-you for your input.
