Sun hotel. welcome to the board. As I interpet your question what foods would harmonize with the four wines. If this is the question I'll give you four foods I like with the wines. Some are better suited to one wine than the other, but all compliment the wines. 1) Pate....Always a favorite with reds with a baguette...2) Brie..St Andre is one of my favorites of the triple creams again with the bread....3) Rare roast beef... with the bread.... and finally 4) Bruschetta.... lovely.
