Am looking at buying a working vineyard-Pinot Noir. What should the per acre cost average? Does anyone know an expert in the Sonoma area who could advise me re;: value? How will I know if the quality of the grapes and/or land is high, low, etc.? Thanks for the help. P.S. land is near the coast. Does this make a difference? Pinot Noir vineyards can be used for making several types of wines? Which is the easiest? Which is the most profitable? Thanks for the help.
