I'm no expert on the trade regulations but if Switzerland is part of the European Union, trade laws probably favor other EU countries. Your competition might be from Sauternes wines from France and German or Austrian Eisweins. Since Canadian wines have farther to ship, you might be at a disadvantage price wise (although German Eisweins are quite expensive, so maybe you could undercut their prices. I don't know what Canadian ice wines usually cost.)
