If I remember correctly, the wholesalers appealed the Texas case (which would not be surprising). I haven't received any briefs from that case yet; I'll let you know if I hear or receive anything. Since the goal is to make one of the state cases get to the Supreme Court, a lower court victory is only a stepping stone anyway.

Ahh, the wheels of justice turn sooooo slowly!
