Yup, they did it again. There was a proposed bill to allow direct shipment of up to two cases of wine (and wine only) per month to be shipped to an individual. Surprise, surprise, it was shot down under the pretense of "protecting the children". How noble our lawmakers are.(Sarcasm purely intentional)
