According to CNN....Vehicles confiscated for suspicion of DUI...subject must sue for return of vehicle even if found not guilty. If found guilty...permanent loss of vehicle whether personal, rental or leased. Only vehicles belonging to another individual are exempt.

I suggest that if you're going out to dinner in NYC, that you borrow your neighbor's car...just in case!!!!!
