Hotwine, this is VERY important:

When the courts finally overturn for good the restrictions in Tx, you and everyone you know must write letters to the editors of every newspaper and ESPECIALLY the local news television stations pointing out the what happened is NOT the "legalization of interstate shipping" but that the courts have declared that the Texas legislature willfully, unlawfully, and in violation of the Interstate Commerce clause of the US Constitution, restricted the rights of citizens of the Lone Star State for the benefit of a small, moneyed monopoly.

The PR spin on this has got to be at least as strong from the grass roots as from the WSWA.
