Intel from Austin, courtesy of the chief of staff to state senator Frank Madla, sponsor of our direct shipping legislation:
"As things stand now, the Fifth Circuit is expected to issue its final order on July 17th, which once issued, will open the door to direct shipping in Texas!"

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission does plan to appeal the 5th Circuit's ruling to the U.S. Supreme court by 24 Sep- tember, but in the meantime, they are willing the let the free market run and stay the hell out of the way. Yee-haw!
