-2001 D. Bouissiere Gigondas "La Font de Tonin"
-Kunin Pape star (good calif. CdPish wine)
-A 2003 Haute Cotes Du Beaune which is supposed to be deep and smoky for a burg.
-2002 M. Magnien Gevry-Chambertin

Any of those work, or should I go shopping?

Also have some 97 Champalou Cuvee Moeulleuse (dessert chenin)- what would you want to eat with this?
