THE BAROLO BOYS RETURN TO NEW YORK

Seven years ago, we hosted the first ever trip to New York City of Importer Marco de Grazia's top Piedmont producers. At that time, we presented the great 1990 vintage. Now, several of these winemakers will be back to present the first taste of the great 1997 Barolos, as well as some older vintages of these superb wines. Producers who will fly in are not confirmed yet, but will include the likes of Sandrone, Altare, Clerico, Parusso, Scavino, and Corino. All of these producers' wines will be served, and Marco or Iano de Grazia will be on hand to comment on the wines. Executive Chef Don Pintabona will return to his Italian roots and prepare a traditional five-course Piedmontese dinner.
