Hi, guys
I am new in this site. this site is amazing and good communication forum.
Today i will share my favorite recipe, I think every body like this.
This recipe i will found (http://www.pelletgriller.com/recipes/maple-bourbon-jalepeno-drumsticks/).


My recipe:
Maple Syrup
1/4 Cups
Burbon
1/4 Cups
Any bourbon will work for the purpose of cooking. I don't recommend anything very expensive.
Chicken Drumsticks

We used 24 drumstick. Use more or less depending on your company or appetite Smile


To start take the chicken drumbsticks and lay them on a cutting board.
Use Sportsman’s Maple Jalepeno rub and coat generously fliping the chicken.
Heat your wood pellet grill to 325 degrees.
Smoke your wings for 1 hour and 25 min.
While Smoking your chicken prepair Maple bourbon sauce.
Pour 1/2 cup maple with 1/4 cup bourbon in saute pan.
Reduce sauce over medium high heat.
After chicken has smoked turn up temperature on your grill to 425 degrees.
Cook for an aditional 25 minutes or until chicken is running clear liquid.
Baste Chicken every 5 minutes for optimal flavor while cooking at 425 degrees.
