Strawberry Pomegranate Wine

I am looking at getting started making my own wine. I have done a lot of research and have settled on trying to make a strawberry pomegranate wine. I have found a strawberry wine recipe. My thoughts was to replace some of the water with POM pomegranate Jude has Costco has the large bottles for $8. I am looking for input on what additives, acid etc I will need. Also any thoughts on my starting specific gravity and type of yeast to use. (quả óc chó)

I am looking at making a 4-5 gallon batch, raking twice. Would like to try for 12% alcohol content but with a little sweetness as well.

Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated.
