I am more than flattered by that comment, thank you. Are you familiar with Peterson's latest sparkling wine? Seven years on the yeast? It's like tasting stars bursting on your palate! (Where have I heard that before?) Seriously though, I've been told by some of the best palates I know that it is the finest produced in this country. He is currently sold out but call him.
